I worked with Meagan on my most recent purchase and sale. I met Meagan on a whim when I contacted her to see one of her listings. while that house wasn't the one for me she made a lasting impression. I have done this a few times before and was willing to work on my own. A few days after having met Meagan I decided I wanted to work with her going forwards. she set me up with my search and off we went. She understood what I wanted in a house (likely a project with good bones), and could see my vision everytime I walked through a house to describe something. She was extremely patient with me and when I finally landed the one, she quickly flipped the switch and got ready to list mine. Never would I have thought that it would take 24 hours to sell my house with 3 offers over asking price, but that's what we accomplished. Trust her. She knows what she is doing.
