Megha is a very helpful and knowledgeable person. We had reached out to her to buy a property. She ran our numbers, explained that we shouldn't be buying a house relying on rental income, and advised us to avoid any shady business, as advised by other realtors. She suggested working on improving income or looking at condos, explained the maintenance part, and we decided to rent for now and work on our income and hopefully we will be ready to buy from her next year
