I purchased a duplex and the builder was represented by this agent. When I began to have issues with the home and inquired about how the new home warranty would apply Ms. Stang indicated the home was purchased "as-is" and there was no warranty for anything. She had no problem leaving our 2 year old sleeping in a bedroom over the winter without proper insulation. She generally works with her "favorite builder" who is her husband Dustin Stang. When we started having issues with the major components in our home (HVAC, insulation, windows) in the fall and winter after we purchased the property they stopped returning our calls. They went on to lie during the home warranty process and left us with over $10, 000 in repairs to our property.
