Mélanie was an absolute gem! Moving from a different province and finding a new home in the context of May/June 2022 was a stressful situation to say the least. She succeeded in making it as simple as it could be. Always available and very responsive, she answers emails, texts and phone calls without delay. Speaks both French and English fluently. Very knowledgeable and aware of the current state of the local market. Followed up and communicated with me at all stages of the purchase, even after I had moved in (to make sure all was well). Didn’t hesitate to contact the builder for me multiple times with questions.
