I found Melanie when I was still in Ottawa and while searching online for houses in Moncton. I knew I wanted a (1) woman and (2) an Acadian. I really lucked out!!! Melanie was very professional and very knowledgeable. I find that she was always available and had a lot of patience. I listened to her recommendations and totally trusted her. She was honest when flagging future problems in some houses we visited. Since moving in my amazing new house in October 2021, I have highly recommended her on Facebook group where people from Ontario are moving in the area, and to others. She really has a pleasant personality and I highly recommend her.
