Melanie was amazing to deal with, and when I say amazing, I will give this some context. A few weeks before traveling to Moncton, I reached out to Melanie, I sent her a list of approx 16 properties that I wanted to view. In that time, she scheduled all the viewings, and removed ones that did not meet my criteria, or ones not located in great areas. I drove out (16 hours), Stayed the night in the area, then the next morning bright and early we looked at 12+ investment properties in one day, I drove home after that (16 hours). After some back and forth on the properties, I made an offer which she helped facilitate with contacts in the province, also following up with sellers and lawyers when needed. Overall, this was the best experience I have had with any agent. To put that in context, I have had 10 property transactions since 2018 from Ontario to New Brunswick with multiple agents. She also tried to pay for lunch, but I insisted. She put aside a whole day to deal with just me, and it was appreciated.
