We would recommend Melanie and her team 100%. There were some ups with the sale of our property but Melanie always remained confident and communicated clearly as she guided us through everything. She has a great understanding of the market, the city of Calgary and current property values. She was great at asking for what we wanted and then advised us when we weren't sure. I appreciate her candor. I would definitely list with Melanie again or use if I'm purchasing.
