Sitting here at my computer a month after my house sold, it’s a struggle to put into words to accurately articulate what Melanie has done for me. My wife and I had separated, are attempting to sell our house together, and oh by the way, a once in a lifetime pandemic is coming. Add to this, I had a pretty healthy distrust of realtors from my previous experience of buying and selling houses. So with all this being said, our house is now sold, I’m in a new house, starting a new life and I will never, EVER use another realtor than Melanie. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful time, and all I can say to anyone potentially choosing to use Melanie, is to trust her. She knows what she’s doing. And she doesn’t play games, use half-truths, or rely on gross/misleading sales tactics that I’ve experienced so many times before. She’s surrounded herself with a good team of other real estate professionals, you will be taken care of throughout the entire buying and/or selling process, and she’s always a phonecall away. Iif you are feeling stressed about the transaction, you always feel better after talking to her, because you know she’s acting on your behalf. So many realtors say they are, and I’m sure many do, but I guarantee Melanie’s priority is always her client.
