My wife and I met Melanie through my brother-in-law and wife. I am glad we did. We found a bungalow and after finishing the renovations, we decided to list with the realtor that we bought the house from. After listing the house it sat on the market for 3 months with no action at all. My wife and I were getting a little nervous about how long it was taking to sell the house. We decided to get Melanie's opinion on how we should make changes to sell the home. She suggested we keep the price the same but just stage it professionally, paint the fireplace, added fantastic photos and open houses and got an offer within the first two weeks. She was very professional and straight to the point. We took her advice and staged the home, within 3 weeks on the market the house was sold! She was bang on about the changes and we can't thank her enough. Then we decided to sell our rental property and advised us she was not happy with the staging and she made the necessary changes and our rental property sold with 2-3 months. Melanie is very polite and easy to talk to. She has exceeded our expectations as she went above and beyond regarding the sale of our properties. Again I cannot thank her enough!
