Even though she has several listings ongoing at one time, Melanie has a very unique way of making her clients feel like they are the only one she has. The listing was incredible as was the virtual staging and marketing pieces her team put together. It was absolutely top shelf. As we worked through the process with viewings, pricing, and competitive properties Melanie and her team were always accessible and the communication was always honest, direct and she gave great guidance. When we started evaluating offers again Melanie was outstanding and worked very well with the buyers realtor to finalize the deal. I may be one of the few people who didn't have a realtor within their direct circle. Melanie came highly recommended by daughter and future son-in-law and she did not disappoint. She is a wonderful person and very, very good at her profession. We will be using Melanie Cantilus and her team for all our future real estate needs and I cannot thank her and her team enough for the work she did on the sale. She is incredible.
