No-showed on an appointment. I drove in from BC to interview agents to sell my late Mother's condo. I had 3 agents to interview so obviously I didn't hire her. She said she entered the appointment for the wrong week on her planner and apologized profusely. Wasted my time nonetheless.

Reply: As mentioned I apologized profusely. I am a flawed human like everyone else. So hurtful that sincere apologies result in this damaging review. I only hope that everyone who has ever made a mistake themselves can overlook this hurtful review and see all the heaps of other positive accolades by satisfied clients.
