It was clear from the first time met that she values her clients regardless of the monetary value of their transactions (other realtors were clear that our deals weren’t worth their time). Her guidance through multiple sale and purchase processes has been invaluable. It’s a tough job balancing emotions, stress, wants v. needs, timing, budget, competing offers, etc. but she does it all with candor, grace and professionalism. Her recommendations were backed with market research and years of experience. Moreover, she is such an authentic person and searching for a house together was a blast! I’d be remiss not mentioning that she has an equally proficient team and that every service she recommended, inspectors, legal team, etc. have also been a dream to work with.
