It has been such a pleasure working with Melanie! She's so friendly and proficient in the housing market. She is also very knowledgeable about house conditions and can easily spot hidden damages or concerning issues that one might not be aware of, which is super helpful. Her eye for detail and meticulousness are second to none. I was impressed by her promptness and high level of professionalism. Melanie happened to be on a family vacation that she had planned long ago for her son's 18th birthday when we had to put an offer on the house we ended up purchasing. However, that did not deter her from remaining on top of things and excelling at her job as a realtor: she was constantly following up with us, answering all our questions so promptly, negotiating with the seller's realtor, and giving us the best advice while away- and all of that in less than 24 hours! I really appreciated all her support and dedication during her time off. I highly recommend Melanie; you will regret not working with her :)
