Mel is amazing. This was our first home purchase so we had a lot of questions and she answered all of them honestly, which we really appreciated. She also was able to offer insight on what potential renovations would cost (and she was bang on) and she recommended service providers when needed. We had lots of laughs along the way and never felt pressured. When it came time to put in an offer she prepared us for the process and it felt pretty easy. A couple of times the sellers were difficult to deal with, but Mel took care of it and really minimized our stress. She was always available and has been available even after closing when we've had questions about things that have popped up after. I won't hesitate to recommend her, she's the best!
