Melanie was by far the best agent I have found. She has the patience of an angel. She's very thorough and found different ways to explain things when I didn't understand. She was easy to reach and I had a reply from her within minutes. She's super down to earth yet very professional. I will seek her out if I ever need an agent in the future.
