Melanie had the reputation for being an excellent and responsive communicator as well as someone who tried hard to understand which properties and home features would make her clients happiest. She definitely lived up to her reputation. We were out of province buyers and were grateful for all of the support Melanie gave us up to and beyond the closing date of our purchase.
