I haven't needed to buy or sell a house for about 15 years and things have sure changed in that time. Melanie made the process as smooth, easy, and efficient as possible. She was always available for questions and consistently went above and beyond the call of duty even getting her family to help me take down my Christmas lights. She was very good at listening when I went off the rails and was able to settle me down and get me back on course. If I needed to sell or buy a house again in the future I would definitely call Melanie again and would refer my friends and family to her knowing they would be well taken care of.
