Melanie has helped us buy two homes and sell one in the last 7 years. She has been professional and thoughtful in helping us. I've lost count of the houses she has shown us, starting about 2 years before we bought the first one as we had trouble selling in the Kootenays before moving here. We consider her a family friend now.
