We asked Mike to represent us for the sale of our condo and the purchase of an apartment, because he had done such a thorough job helping our daughter find a property. He took time to let us look and gave us the pros and cons of the various places we saw without any pressure to buy. He looked after us after the possession date with issues that we had for our new apartment as well.
