Michael is an excellent Realtor and we were so lucky to be able to work with him. He was very knowledgeable about Toronto and provided us great insights on the different neighbourhoods. We were determined to purchase a property in a very specific neighbourhood and Michael was proactive and well informed on potential listings before they hit the market. This helped us be prepared with our offer, and have a better chance of securing the exact property we wanted within a few days of starting our search. What we liked most about Michael was his integrity and genuineness, in Toronto’s hot real estate market it’s easy to let our emotions get the best of us and settle for a property, however Michael steered us a way from this and helped us secure a home we actually loved. We continue to recommend Michael to all our friends and hope to work with him again in the future!
