Michael was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. He treated me and my son very respectfully. He answered all our questions and no question was a bad question. Most importantly, he was very patient with our learning curve as this was my son's first house, we had lots to ask. Even though he had other showings, he always gave us as much time as possible. When he wasn't rushed we often had long conversations after the showing. After our business concluded we felt we had made not just a business partnership, but also a good friend.
