Michaels attention to detail really carried the day for him and for the sale of the house. It’s the small things that count and Michael always took care of that. His initial assessment at the outset was professional and extremely helpful. His staff were great and his photographers were beyond excellent. That really assisted in showing the house. Micheal knows the market in Edmonton and was always available 24/7. Really impressive there. Throughout the sale process his advice, updates and comments were very beneficial in dealing with the stress of selling a house and home. Micheal was always determined with other buyers and would rectify issues and areas of concern to buyers. He represented us very well in this area we felt. I would use Michael again and will refer other friends and acquaintances to him as well.
