I found Michael Prior in an ad on Facebook offering a free estimate of what our home is worth. I completed the form and heard from Michael a few days later but we had decided to put it off so I didn't respond. Michael didn't give up and didn't harrass me ... he just sent friendly reminders every once in awhile along with tips on buying and selling. We finally decided to meet with him and he was happy to make an appointment. We found him to be friendly and professional. We told him that it would probably be at least 6 months before we would be ready to do anything and he responded, 'That's fine, I have 6 months to earn your trust and your business.' And he did certainly earn our trust and business. We decided to sell early this year and Michael was more than helpful getting us ready for that. Unfortunately, everything came to a screeching halt the week before we were going to list. Michael kept in touch with us through April, May and June and we decided to list in July. Michael advised us on the best time and price points and we ended up thrilled with the results of our sale. Michael also helped us with a realtor in Halifax that helped us to buy our home here. His team was also the best from his assistant Kelly, our stager Karina, our painters and everyone we dealt with. We have no hesitation recommending the Prior Group. A great experience!
