We were not able to go through with a mortgage at this time due to our financials, but, in a year or so, when we are in a better position, we will be returning to Michael because his patience, knowledge and professionalism won us over. His customer service is impeccable, making it less stressful and the way he can relate and give you pointers to work on what will get you to your goal and becoming a homeowner in the near future is so appreciated. He walked us through every step and explained everything in full detail, answering all of our questions and having so much patience to explain it again or differently if you don’t understand something. Michael, we cannot wait to work with you again in the near future and purchase our first home with you by our sides :)
