Although he did get me a buyer, at a higher price than listed, I was thoroughly not impressed by Michael and his associates (Jen and Ross - though Ross' personality was great). Michael always seemed to be in a rush, and did not take the time to fully learn about what the property had to offer and could therefore not inform the buyer directly without having to contact me AFTER I had already moved. I feel like the buyer missed out on not having a proper tour of the apartment complex, as they were not even shown to the locker room for their personal storage. When we were in initial discussions about selling my unit Michael mentioned he's sold there before and was knowledgeable about the details - this turned out to be false, as mentioned above. Overall, not satisfied and would not use him again.
