Michelle represented both the buyers & myself the seller. The first potential buyers pulled out at the last moment because Michelle was unprofessional by favoring me as the seller (she became rude with the buyers). The second buyer also felt under represented by Michelle & often complained bitterly that she was not adequately representing their interests. Confidential buyer information was inappropriately shared with me (the seller) by this realtor. This was inappropriate and unprofessional conduct. Do not allow this realtor to represent both parties in the sale.
