You can't fake caring, and Michelle Fendelander doesn't need to because she was born to sell and buy real estate in the East Kootenays. I came here without a great deal of knowledge about the area and a short while later I own property and I could not be more confident in my decision, and I owe that to Michelle. She was able to simultaneously let me make my own decisions while offering insight and opinions, not once in the process did I feel like I was on my own. I never felt pushed, and for such a huge decision that was important. That kind of tact when dealing with clients is invaluable. She knows the region inside and out and she went far above and beyond multiple times throughout the process. She was easy to get ahold of and responded nearly instantly to the point where I felt like I was her only client, except I knew I wasn't because that would mean she was the best kept secret in town.
