We were first time buyers in a VERY challenging market, and Michelle went far above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. Through the whole process, we felt valued and appreciated, and really couldn't have asked for better: "exceeded expectations" feels like an understatement. If you want someone who actually pays attention to your needs, and you have no doubt they are doing their best to represent you, Michelle's your person. Every positive adjective I could think of to use for realtor, Michelle exemplifies. She's s knowledgeable, bright, friendly, welcoming, competent, professional, confidential, considerate, trustworthy, tactful, honest, patient with all our questions as we felt like a couple of "babes in the woods"- and totally out of our element, and she is not afraid to think out of the box and got creative, and found us a near perfect fit in a near-totally barren market. She seriously pulled a miracle out of her hat and just blew us away in general. If there is one regret, it is only that realtors are a service that most people don't require more than a few times in their lives, because I likely won't be able to require her services again for a very long time. So if I don't get to be a repeat customer, I can just hope that lots of other clients will get to experience her personal brand of service. We seriously would have been lost without her.
