I have used about 10 real estate agents in my life and Michelle is the very best, by very far. Very nice, patient, smart, works harder than anyone in this business, on top of things, very knowledgeable of all aspects, good with numbers and negotiation to get you the best net $ results on either side of the sale, efficient and effective. she helped us buy 4 rentals and sell 2 {so far} over the last 10 years, where we made triple what we spent. I can't even think of an area she is not the best in. Believe me that I very rarely give this much praise. But she deserves it all.
