Wow, Michelle was absolutely amazing and everyone should hire her right now. Michelle has helped me with the sale of two properties, one of which I was managing from our of province. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She helped me navigate the market, helped me sell the unit for more than I was expecting, and offered a crazy amount of extra support (like meeting contractors and referring needed services from trusted providers) on top of being an extremely attentive agent all around. 10/10 would work with Michelle again!
