We would recommend Michelle Langelaar to anyone and everyone. She was extremely helpful and kept looking for what we thought was an impossible house to find with all our requirements. We needed a second garage to serve as a work shop. We needed a spare bedroom as my Mother-in-law was going to be moving in with us. We needed two bedrooms for our two children living at home. We needed a master bedroom preferable with a walk in closet and separate bathroom. I needed an office as I wanted to set up my office at home and not in a separate facility. Not an easy task that we asked of her. Michelle went above and beyond and kept watching. I do not remember how many homes we looked at ,but she finally phoned with the "PERFECT" home. We moved in six weeks later and had our first Christmas in this special home. It has the detached garage for the shop. It has a HUGE back yard with parking for three vehicles plus a RV parking. It has the bonus room over the front garage as the master bedroom with a huge bathroom and walk in closet. It not only has a bedroom for Mom, but a second bedroom on the main floor as a spare bedroom. And bonus it has a fully finished basement with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a little bar with sink. We couldn't have asked for better service from a highly respected and professional real estate person. She made sure we had a list of things to do to make the move smooth. I think if you didn't have a good move with Michelle - you weren't listening and doing what you need to do. We recommend Michelle to anyone when we hear they are moving - for buying or for selling.
