Michelle was fantastic! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she always responded quickly. She sat down with us and walked us through the whole pre-approval and approval process so we knew what to expect. Even when we were considering going through a bank because they were advertising a slightly better rate she gave us a couple questions to ask them to make sure we weren't going to run into any problems. Going with the bank would've been a nightmare but I wouldn't have known that if she didn't give me the questions to ask. She really went above and beyond.
