I have known Michelle for many years, having had the opportunity to work with her in a different professional field long before she became my real estate agent. I already knew her as a dedicated and trustworthy person, but working with her through my real estate plans this summer gave me a whole new appreciation for the way she takes care of her clients. From the very beginning, Michelle made me feel that I was her priority. She evaluated my home, guided me through the improvements and preparation that would make the most sense, offered excellent recommendations and developed thoughtful strategies based on her strong knowledge of the market and the Barrhaven area. She also arranged and accompanied me on numerous rental property visits, often on short notice, and was consistently quick, organized and responsive. What impressed me most was her patience and genuine commitment. I never felt uncomfortable asking a question, requesting another visit or changing direction. Michelle listens carefully, gives honest and practical advice, and never pressures you into making a decision. She truly works around what is best for her client. My plans changed considerably over the course of the summer, and ultimately I did not complete a sale or purchase. Yet Michelle’s level of support never changed. She continued to help me, advise me and support my future plans with exactly the same professionalism and generosity. To me, that says everything about the kind of real estate agent she is. Michelle is knowledgeable, professional, incredibly responsive and, above all, genuinely human. She goes well beyond what I would normally expect from a real estate agent. She is also completely bilingual, with excellent French, which is a wonderful asset in the Ottawa market. Although my plans have changed for now, one thing hasn’t: Michelle is my real estate agent for the years to come. I trust that whatever my next real estate project may be, she will be the person I call.
