I started out just wanting to learn more about Ottawa 'just in case I might move there in the long-term'. Michelle did not hesitate to spend 3 hours showing me some properties and explaining each areas. When I suddenly had to move on very short term notice, Michelle moved quickly and I was able to secure a place within the week. She was so in-tuned to what I wanted there were no wastage of time and efforts. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods and their characteristics, the market, the properties and just about everything else. She is organised and very pleasant to deal with. She follows up meticulously and is just very good at what she does. I like that she's also intelligent, laughs easily and has an easy-going manner despite my 1,001 questions. She makes a potentially stressful situation into a rather pleasant one. Very importantly, Michelle also has a good team of partners she can refer to with full confidence: lawyers; home inspectors; etc. I would work with Michelle again whether I'm buying or selling. I have complete trust in her.
