As someone who is completely new to even the idea of home/property ownership Michelle was a literal "godsend". I was very intimdated and unsure of where to start, what to expect and even what questions to ask. I had a lot of doubts that I could manage a huge step like this. Michelle was there to provide advice, support and assistance whenever I needed. Even after the deal closed, she has stayed in touch; just to see the progress on my path to a home. The process was made a lot less frightening/confusing for me. I hope to have my current place for life, but will definitely come back to Michelle if anything changes that.
