Being first time homeowners, we weren't entirely sure what we were looking for in terms of bungalow; bi-level; etc., and Michelle definitely helped us through this process, and assisted us in finding a home that is best suited for our lifestyle. The summer market was certainly defeating for us given the quick sales and volume of buyers at our price range, but Michelle continued to update us on new listings and always entertained our last minute showing requests, despite multiple viewings not resulting in offers or sales. Through 30 plus private home showings and 9 offers, we did eventually find our home and we couldn't be happier. Despite the market working against us, Michelle ensured we stayed within our budget and found us a home that we love in our preferred neighborhood. Through the bank process, lawyer process and insurance process, Michelle always kept in touch, making sure that we understood the processes and felt comfortable - she really did make this process quite easy.
