Michelle went above and beyond (in our opinions) what a real estate agent does. Being first time home buyers we knew nothing about the process of looking for, putting in offers, and buying a home. She was always there to answer all our questions and put us into contact with people who would help us on our path to home ownership.    We worked with Michelle for over a year and a half. Initially, we worked with Michelle to find a property to rent. With both of us being from out of province and not knowing Winnipeg, Michelle was a reliable force who found us the perfect rental. When time came to start looking for houses she was professional, courteous, and was able to work around our crazy work schedules. She always gave sound advice about every home we looked at and when the time came to write offers she walked us through everything step-by-step. She was able to put us into contact with reputable home inspectors and craftspeople to fix any potential problems.    Ultimately Michelle helped us find our house-that we love! She made sure we were settled and even help us coordinate moving! She checked-in and was very helpful. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. If and when the time comes to sell our great house, we will definitely trust Michelle with it. We would recommend her to all buyers and sellers!
