With amazing full service realtors such a Miguel, I really don't understand why everyone doesn't use One percent to sell their properties in comparison to the big brokerages and save thousands of dollars. Amazing staging advice and did whatever was needed (including picking up the vacuum for a last minute touch up) to get the home show ready. His advice throughout the entire process helped ease the stress of going through the selling process. Highly recommend and will you for our next transaction.
