My relations with Miguel began not from Rate My Agent but from my previous experience with a colleague of his who put his name forward in lieu of hers, of which I am undeniably grateful. This guy is something special. I am not, or rather was not well versed in the realty world and Miguel was my ideal individual to work with in navigating some painful (at times) and challenging deals. Despite the failing of some deals for reasons beyond control (oh the joys of condo boards), his patience and optimism helped to keep me on track. From late night conversations and brainstorming sessions to Friday night offer parties and nail-biting periods of silence. From easy to deal with buyers to head scratching nerve-wracking sellers having temper tantrums, he was there. I am from the east coast and am accustomed to a straightforward, no bull approach and a get er' done attitude. I was ecstatic to find that Miguel shares many of those abilities or traits. I have had too many conversations with colleagues who have had dealings with others where communication was not at the forefront of their business relations, thankfully my time with Miguel was nowhere near that. I will be forever grateful and thankful for him as he helped me to navigate from townhouse ownership in the city to a wonderful, peaceful quiet spot out in the boonies, a true upgrade to my life. I will sound the alarms to anyone I know who is looking for a good quality, no bull, well spoken and not a pushy person to assist in finding their homes. Being one of the largest transactions in people's lives, buying and selling your home should be exactly what I experienced with Miguel, in spite of the challenges that these transactions often herald. It has been a sheer pleasure and a blast working with him and whenever I decide to relocate, his name is the first I will look for... top of the list!
