I have used Mikala 3 times now (2 purchases and 1 sale). She is professional and honest and so easy to work with. She is great at getting a sense of what you are looking for and finding listing that match you. Mikala also does an amazing job of helping steer you in a better or more realistic direction when you have be struggling to find something, or are reaching too high. Using her when I was a first time home buyer helped make the whole process less daunting and enjoyable! She also took care of everything for the sale of my first place. The pictures were stunning and the listing was perfect. She gave excellent guidance for staging my home for showings and photos (used all my own things which was great). My house was only in the market for 2 days before accepting an offer! I have personally referred her to 2 friends after working with Mikala and will absolutely recommend her to more, as well as us her again for future sales/purchases.
