This was the second time we have used Mikala for a home purchase and the first for a sale, and she was excellent in every case. We were in a time crunch for the sale of our home, and Mik had things setup immediately. We had lots of showings right off the bat, and had our house sold within a few days of listing at a price that we were happy with. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
