My husband and I had plans to purchase a condo in St. Catharines; time was not a luxury for us. Mike and Allison were more than accommodating despite the tight time frame that we had. 

 We were extremely grateful to witness Allison's passion for St. Catharines. It was the exact energy that we were looking for to help us feel confident in the decision to choose St. Catharines as a new home. We both really appreciated how reliable, efficient, and easy to trust they both were. We feel like both Allison and Mike went over and beyond for us. We had some issues with our lawyer and a banking transaction and they both walked us through the issues when we were unsure with how to proceed. Despite the fact that we were having a difficult time with our own personal life complications in the background throughout this process; the Burtons were such a breath of fresh air! We were both very emotionally moved by the kindness and care they showed us. We felt so secure in our choosing them as our realtor and highly recommend their services to others and would definitely work with them again!
