I was fortunate enough to find Mike & Allison through this website. I was selling a student rental and they had very extensive knowledge of the student rental market. I never felt they rushed through an in-person meeting, they were prompt in responding to phone calls, texts, and emails. They made a few suggestions for prep and staging and Allison even brought some things over to help stage the home. They are friendly, easy to talk to, and weren't too pushy to sign the sales agreement. We had several showings and a few walk-throughs once the home sold. They communicated with the student tenants, always giving lots of notice and arranging mutually convenient times. The house sold overnight!!
