It's no easy thing selling a home while trying to buy a new one. Mike De Dood kept the experience fun, calm, and way less overwhelming (than expected) from start to finish! He never made us feel rushed or pressured. He's a very knowledgeable and professional guy whose expertise about this city is unmatched. We also had some very good debates about proper TV heights and angles (you know, the important stuff when buying a house). 10/10 would trust him with our life savings all over again! It was an absolute pleasure working with TJ & Steph Realty. Would do it all over again if we had to... but we're really happy and don't want to! (All because of them)
