The process was a roller coaster, having the first buyer and 2nd buyer financing fell through mike was there with an action plan. After the 2nd buyer’s financing fell off,we had an offer came same night(few hours after we received the bad news). We accepted another offer. Mike was very RESILIENT, COMPETENT and PERSISTENT and PATIENT . With a challenge of a quick fullfillment date and quick closing condition, Mike made it happen in just one week. Not to mention that the buyers realtor was new to the field and mike was helping the buyer side at the same time. Mike was with us all the way and can’t thank him enough. As a seller he made sure that the house is priced well and guide us all the way. Also, mike has a very positive vibe and comfortable to talk with. We had sold our property 3times in just one month!😂😂 kidding aside, Mike did a great job! He also referred us to his Realtor friend in Calgary which made our process of moving is very easy.
