This was our first experience with a realtor and we will never move alone again! Mike was patient, communicative, and personable throughout the process. Originally we actually found a rental on Kijiji, feel in love with it, and opted to move forward without a realtor - what a high mistake that almost was! Moments before signing the lease, they tried to bait and switch us and raise the rent. We saw the red flags and ran. Fortunately, Mike was there to help us find a new home to rent with a very tight timeline! He knew exactly what our family's needs were, and what we were looking for in a home. He was always available and worked diligently to connect with realtors and owners on our behalf. We were unable to make some viewings (thanks Toronto traffic) but Mike took us on some virtual showings and found our current home. Despite the fact that we had not seen it in person, we trusted Mike and I am glad we did! We have been in our new home for 4 months now and we couldn't be happier. We cant wait until it's our turn to buy, and you know we'll be calling Mike!
