Having the chance to have Mike as my realtor agent to purchase a presale last year was absolutely amazing. I really cannot thank him enough for all that he provided. He was phenomenal at making sure we were well informed about all of the developments we were looking at, going above and beyond to answer any questions we had, as well as to find out any additional details or aspects we were even the slightest bit curious upon. Instead, for one of the most critical decisions and purchases of my life, one of the things I genuinely one of the things I genuinely appreciated about Mike was the level of care and genuine interest he showed. His care did not just simply extend into the condo and home I was looking upon. He really took the time to understand and get to know us as people. For example, at the time of coming to a final decision and having some anxieties, he expressed tremendous time and patience - understanding, again, how big of a decision it was. For that, there were never any feelings of pressure, which I cannot express enough appreciation for. In fact, he made the entire process of looking, deciding and purchasing a home relatively seamless and enjoyable.
