Mike was an awesome realtor to have helping us in our move to the lower mainland. He was extremely informative of best practice and pitfalls that we didn’t know about in the new market, and although I can’t be certain, I think our offer was selected from multiple offers mostly because of Mike’s communication, kindness and reputation, and I know our offer was not the highest monetarily for the sellers to review.
