I really appreciate the patience and flexibility Mike had when showing us properties. We had not yet moved to the island and so we had to come over for all our viewings. Mike always made himself available to meet our schedule. Mike also completed FaceTime walkthroughs of properties with us prior to us viewing in person to help narrow down our search and ensure that our trips over to the island were as efficient as possible. Mike has a fantastic knowledge of the local real estate market. During the showings, he provided honest and professional opinions on the properties we were viewing which really supported with our search, and ultimately the purchase of our home.
