Mike was extremely helpful. He did a comprehensive market analysis and based on that he gave me a suggested selling price. We listed it and had an offer within 10 days. He then negotiated a price that was almost exactly his suggested price. Mike is genuine, listens to your concerns and was all I could have asked for in a Realtor.
